Tracking Admissions Review & 6-Stage State Machine Lifecycle
Understanding the institutional admissions evaluation lifecycle, state transitions, financial clearance, and downloading official admission offers.
1. The 6-Stage Admissions Lifecycle State Machine
Applications move through a strict, deterministic state machine governed by src/lib/admissions/state-machine.ts. Each transition triggers specific system actions, notifications, and ledger entries.

2. How to Track Status Online
- Navigate to the status tracking portal at /admissions/status.
- Enter your 12-character Application Reference Code (e.g.
APP-2026-9812) along with your mobile phone number or email address. - The portal displays your live state badge, timestamped review history, assigned department, and outstanding checklist items.
- When status reaches
ACCEPTED, a prominent Download Official Offer Letter button enables printing your formal admission letter with institutional seal and QR code verification.
3. Orientation Calendar & Onboarding Roadmap (Admitted Students)
Once your application status reaches ACCEPTED or ENROLLED, the status portal automatically displays an Orientation & Academic Calendar section beneath your status badge. This calendar reflects the official 2026/27 First Semester dates for the Natural and Social Science Department (Medicine, MLS, and Social Work programmes).

No dormitory slots are currently available for the 2026/27 intake. Admitted students are advised to make interim off-campus accommodation arrangements before Orientation Day. The institution will communicate dormitory availability updates as they become available. Contact the Registrar's Office for further guidance.
A daily bus shuttle service operates morning and afternoon between Megenagna and Piazza and the campus. All registered students are eligible to use the shuttle. Schedules are posted at the campus gate and via the announcements board in the student portal.
